My 13-year-old son was there for adjustments on his braces just a day after his grandfather passed away and he had a few tears during his visit. Laurie wrote and sent him a personal note in the mail as a follow up!! Wow!! Thank you for going above and beyond!! And for truly caring about your patients!!
