This practice has been amazing. The staff and Dr. are so friendly, kind and caring. My daughter has received the most excellent care so far. I would highly recommend to anyone young or old in need of orthodontic care.
We love Cassinelli and Shanker Orthodontics! The staff is always friendly and cheerful. They take the time to answer any questions and also to calm the kids when they are nervous about procedures! FANTASTIC group!!!
I am impressed with the kindness of the staff, particularly Laurie! My 13-year-old son was there for adjustments on his braces just a day after his grandfather passed away and he had a few tears during his visit. Laurie wrote and sent him a personal note in the mail as a follow up!! Wow!! Thank you for going above and beyond!! And for truly caring about your patients!!
