We could not be more pleased with these providers as well as their team!! My son had some scary medical issues this year and needed his braces removed for a MRI and this TEAM made sure to get Carter in asap!! We have also been coming here for 4 years and Carter feels so comfortable with them!! We moved to Delhi from West Chester and we refuse to go anywhere else and will drive the 45 mins to see them!!! GREAT PLACE!!

Oh I feel wonderful❣️ Thank you to Dr. Shanker and Dr. Cassinelli ~ They and their team moved my teeth around so Dr. Peck could do 20 crowns ✅ yes 20 crowns ~ I have TMJ and I have gritted my teeth since I was a little girl 😩 now and almost 69 years old, I have the most beautiful smile thanks to a wonderful team ~ I highly recommend Dr. Shanker and Dr. Cassinelli 😃
It’s a great place. A good environment
My son had his braces for 16 mos. In each visit the service was welcoming and cordial. The best part was there were no hidden charges. It was straightforward, went exactly like plan and ended on time. Thank You to the doctors and the warm staff. We’ll think of you in our son’s smiles.
I’ve had two sons use the West Chester office and we couldn’t be any happier! The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to accommodate appointments that have to be fit in (one son lost his retainer and was about to leave town for a trip). All three orthodontists are excellent in skill and all have a friendly personality. We have never had a bad experience with this office!
Had my first appt here today for a consult. Met with Dr. Cassinelli and he was amazing! All of the employees were kind and answered my questions accordingly. Highly recommend!
Awesome experience! Got clear aligners in May, retainers in December. Very happy with results!
