We met with other orthodontists, but none felt like the right choice for us until today. Every staff member was nicer and more helpful than the last, and we were impressed with every aspect of our visit. The office is beautiful, clean, and has an atmosphere of comfort and competence. Our patient coordinator, Beverly, was thorough, professional, and genuinely a pleasure. She was sure to explain every detail and left no question unanswered. Great care and amazing staff - highly recommend this practice!
At first I wasn't very optimistic about getting my teeth fixed due to the length of time. I've got to say though, it was a flawless and a great experience. Nobody really enjoys having braces, but when you see the progress, it's definitely refreshing. I definitely recommend Cassinelli and Shanker, but the staff is simply great. Two and a half years later, but the wait was worth it.
We have loved working with West Chester Orthodonics, everyone who works there is always so nice and pleasant to work with. Their office is nice, open and clean. Scheduling at times was difficult, I had to take a lot of time off work. But we are happy with the results!
