I was referred to Drs. Cassinelli & Shanker Orthodontics by my dentist, although the choice to properly align my teeth as an adult was my own. From the first call, their office staff was incredibly friendly. Upon visiting for the first time, I was greeted warmly and at no point felt shamed for being an adult who has waited so long to take care of their teeth. We met with other orthodontists, but none felt like the right choice for us until today. Every staff member was nicer and more helpful than the last, and we were impressed with every aspect of our visit. The office is beautiful, clean, and has an atmosphere of comfort and competence.
