My daughter got her braces on almost 4 years ago. Each time we go into the office she asks “how much longer” and each time she is told “one more year”. Her brackets never make it in place to the next appointment. When I called to say that we have a broken bracket, yet again, I was told they don’t fix brackets in the afternoon and if I wasn’t going to pull my daughter out of school AGAIN, they couldn’t fix the bracket until June 15th.
